Mark has proved an invaluable strategic advisor to THR1VE. He has directly assisted me in an executive capacity, leading workshops with my direct reports, and also to my board, through his unique approach to long term strategic planning. Mark's approach is inclusive, collegiate and collaborative, and perhaps most importantly, highly efficient and effective. He is capable of breaking down seemingly complex decision trees, involving multiple internal and external variables, into clearly prioritised KPI's, while engaging stakeholders throughout the process to ensure a true sense of ownership.
