Also a key player in developing LT financial plan, Confidential Information Memorandum, and Management Presentation, and assisted with Stock Purchase Agreement. -Led the post-divestiture "carve out" process which included credit cards, some statutory reporting and filings, corporate insurance, IT licenses, a few IT systems and establishing a stand-alone 401k plan. Also, assisted with coordination on Purchase Price Allocation allocation. -Involved in the long-term IT resource requirements planning that resulted in an upgraded wired / wireless network, new server setup with enhanced cloud-based DRaaS backup system -Responsible for leading all the HR functions of the company including recruiting, hiring, retainage, performance management and overall development of our entire staff as well as benefit plan planning and administration.
