The Osborn today is a 400 unit continuing care campus that serves thousands of seniors every year through its housing, health care, and home and community based services. In 1996 established Osborn Home Care as a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (“LHCSA”) that generates currently over $10 million in revenues annually. On March 18th 2013, The H.O.P.E. Center for Memory Care at The Osborn opened. The acronym H.O.P.E. stands for homelike, optimism, passion and empathy. These words describe the foundational values that drive the unique model of care for residents with cognitive disorders. The H.O.P.E Center accommodates 13 residents in a unique newly renovated homelike environment where residents, staff, and families share the entire experience of day to day living. In 2013, The Osborn Network, Inc. was established as the parent corporation for all Osborn related services and programs. The Osborn Foundation is being established as the philanthropy arm of The Osborn. The Osborn Foundation will raise funds through donations to support The Osborn's many charitable activities including The Osborn resident scholarship program, the H.O.P.E. Center for Memory care at The Osborn, and The Osborn Rehabilitation Center. The Osborn is accredited by CARF - CCAC and carries an "A-" rating from Fitch Investors Services. Show less
