  Since the start of 2018, I have been embedded into the Southern Program Alliance, and a member of the Alliance Management Team. I lead the Stakeholder Interface, Land, Planning and Continuous Improvement & Innovation teams within the Alliance. Prior to 2018, I led the development of the Initial Works Package for the Southern Program (including works at Carrum and Seaford), from the early options assessment phase through to the contract award.
