      While working for Virgin Experience Days I was involved with customer support, being a first point of contact for customers who had queries or issues with their VED Voucher. I would then have to work to identify and reach a solution for the customer in as short a time as possible. This varied from fairly simple issues I could solve in a few minutes to needing to liaise with a supplier to arrange the transfer of funds or reach the bottom as to what has gone wrong. My work led me to regularly exceed the targets set by my manager to the point I was given the same targets of a year long employee only a few months in. I also ended up being a key contact for one supplier, helping them with their accounts with most of their contact to VED initially coming to myself.
