Program manager leading the 4impact technical (solution delivery) worstream for Bank of South Pacific's (BSP) Compass core banking platform replacement program. As systems integrator for the program, 4impact partnered with BSP to design, plan, and deliver this program to replace the banks existing ICBS platform with Oracles Flexcube platform, with an implmentation for each of the 7 countries BSP operates in across the south pacific. This role required frequent travel to Port Morseby, Papua New Guinea, and then operating from Brisbane during covid travel restrictions. My role was to lead the 4impact Solution Delivery stream; encompassing responsibility for application architecture, infrastructure, devops and automation, and technical integration with other applications. In addition to standard project & program management, a key focus of my role on the program was to provide project and program management & leadership, working closely with BSP staff and other partners to upskill and assist my peers and colleagues, and improve the overall success and benefits realisation for the bank and it's stakeholders.

Tatts Group (merged with Tabcorp since late 2018) was Australia’s largest provider of wagering, lotteries, and gaming products and services. I have successfully delivered several key projects for the UBET wagering, Lotteries, and Max Gaming divisions of the business. Some of the projects I delivered include: • Wagering Terminal POS – $6.5M terminal and back office hardware replacement program, for the roll out of 2,650 new Orion wagering terminals across 1,350 venues in Queensland, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Tasmania. Eight month rollout, core team of eighteen, wider project team (including trainers, support staff, and installation technicians) of over sixty. • UBET Retail Lite a $2.56M project which included engagement with shop fitters and sub-contractors to outfit new venues, the installation and commissioning of Cash Self Service (SST) terminals, Orion POS terminals, and networking infrastructure backhaul to the wagering data centres. Eighteen week project, core team of eleven, wider project team of twenty plus additional vendor staff. • Digital Transformation and Customer Migration to migrate $30M of monthly customer spend from a legacy brand (Tattsbet) to the UBET branded digital assets. Ten month project, core team of eight.
