I have known Willougbhy Mark since his first year as an undergraduate at Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria, four years ago. He is a diligent student, peace loving, quiet and disciplined, whose intelligence is par excellence with ability to easily adapt to situation around him. He is ever ready to work, very industrious and loving with good sense of humor and charisma in a subtle way. He is exceptionally honest, prudent, reliable and serious when given a job to do or task to accomplish. Throughout his stay on the campus of the University, he never for once had any cause to face any disciplinary action. His scores in relevant subjects in the school were encouraging and undisputed. He was in class regularly, having punctuality as his watchword. He participated well in class activities and used to ask questions on aspects and areas that were not so clear to him with high measure of inquisitiveness. His mastery of English language both oral and written is exceptional. He graduated with a Second class degree, upper division. I can therefore vouch for his reliability.
