Managed the logistics, course selection, promotional campaign, registration and execution of SCS Summer School program. In addition to interviewing and hiring candidates, and budget planning, supported teachers in development and delivery of their courses. Oversaw preparation of Ontario Ministry of Education inspection documentation, and met with Ministry inspector to review credit programs. Principal responsibilities included regular communication with students and families about the program, student achievement, and resolving academic or interpersonal issues between or among parents, students and teachers. Created a new, hands-on STEAM summer program for middle-school students.

Created and implemented a new framework for student leadership at St. Clement's School. Lead a team of four faculty members who oversee the largest student leadership groups at SCS. This team also organizes, writes curriculum for, and executes 3 high school leadership retreats each year.Support a group of 70 staff advisors who act as mentors to student leaders.Initiated (with a colleague) an Ethical Leadership workshop series for Grade 11 students. This series now runs in Grades 9, 10 and 11.Work with Heads of School to incorporate leadership curriculum into their programs.
