      Division Manager of Project Management Division of Aviation Property Management (APM) APM-300. Responsible for asset planning and strategy, and design and construction programs for administrative office space for the FAA. As Program Manager I led the Logistics Center Support System (LCSS) Program ($250M), the TAMR (Terminal Automation Modernization Replacement) Phase 3 program ($800M), and numerous other FAA programs and projects. I have led the development of both F&E and Operations budgets. Prior to coming to the FAA, I was the Director of Program Management and Business Improvement for a Fortune 500 company, and a consultant for large scale ERP system implementations at International Paper and AT&T. I have also worked as a consultant for corporate mergers and acquisitions with companies such as IBM, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Quaker Oats, and Pfizer.
