Division Manager of Project Management Division of Aviation Property Management (APM) APM-300. Responsible for asset planning and strategy, and design and construction programs for administrative office space for the FAA. I manage a staff of 4 managers of over 75 federal and contract support employees. I oversee an annual budget of $42M in direct funding, and an additional $100M in other sources funding. I have over twenty years of Program and Project Management experience. My experience spans the establishment of acquisition and implementation programs , business planning and strategy development, the implementation of ERP systems with emphasis on financial analysis of business structures, identification of performance issues, and development of programs and methods to realign performance to meet corporate objectives. I also have in depth experience with the development of business planning processes, controls, and measures. My FAA experience includes Executive Manager for the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Acquisition and Business Services, Manager of Program Control for the PMO overseeing performance reporting for 50 plus programs. As Program Manager I led the Logistics Center Support System (LCSS) Program ($250M), the TAMR (Terminal Automation Modernization Replacement) Phase 3 program ($800M), and numerous other FAA programs and projects. I have led the development of both F&E and Operations budgets. Prior to coming to the FAA, I was the Director of Program Management and Business Improvement for a Fortune 500 company, and a consultant for large scale ERP system implementations at International Paper and AT&T. I have also worked as a consultant for corporate mergers and acquisitions with companies such as IBM, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Quaker Oats, and Pfizer.
