I worked for Mark on a number of projects and found him to be open and engaging. I felt comfortable approaching Mark if things weren't going exactly to plan and he also helped with improving a number of reports I had produced. He was assertive when needed but was always fair with staff of all levels and he was also keen to keep a lively atmosphere in the work office which made working with Mark a great pleasure.
