I originally got to know Mark when he recruited me for an IT product adoption role when I was being made redundant 4 years ago. Mark contacted me via LinkedIn and matched me to a role which was perfect for me, and unlike other recruiters he kept me updated regularly and really listened to what was important to me, and as a result I've stayed with the company and continued to progress to more senior roles. I've also worked with Mark to recruit for vacancies within my new team, where once again Mark found the perfect candidate for my needs, encouraging me to think outside the box and use different approaches to identify the perfect individual for the role. I can't speak highly enough of Mark and have recommended him to several friends and colleagues. I'll also be going straight to him next time I look for a role!

I have worked with Mark for over 6 years, and he has shown in that time what a good leader and Director he has been, and made a huge impact at Digitech Resourcing. He knows how to train, motivate and lead teams of sales staff, especially in 360 recruitment, making sure they achieve their targets, but also pushing themselves beyond what they previously thought they could do. Also, Mark has been instrumental in brining on large house accounts with FTSE companies, and successfully turning them into high GP accounts, before passing on these accounts to other staff members to manage, within the business. Mark is a supportive and excellent people manager, and is very current when it comes to understanding people from an emotional point of view too. I would highly recommend Mark, for any Director or Leadership role, in a Sales environment, where he can successfully grow and nurture the company.

I started a website designed to help people report and broadcast good or bad consumer experiences. The concept was meant to work in a similar way to how Twitter users interact with companies, but without a character limit. Users / consumers could publicly report their experiences and companies could publicly respond. People started to use the platform but not to the extent whereby the business could be monetised.
