  25 years of experience in engineering in positions with increasing responsibility. My primary responsibility has been to provide total tactical and strategic direction to the Engineering, Environmental and Maintenance departments at Marcal Paper Mills. This involved managing the activities of over 120 craftsmen, supervisors and engineers. To manage such a diverse and large organization requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Marcal, a private company, is the tenth largest tissue manufacturer in the US. The company employs over 800 people, produces 160,000 tons/year of bath tissue, paper towels, napkins and facial tissue from 100% recycled paper and has annual sales of $250Million.
