I have known and worked with Sir Mr. Mark since past few months. He has an extensive amount of experience and knowledge of the Automotive Industry both in sales & after sales service. Mr. Mark is an excellent manager of people, able to lead and motivate staff to strive hard for success. He is a reliable, capable and entirely trustworthy manager and would be a significant asset to any modern organisation.

The first character trait standing out about Marc is his ethics. Marc is one of the most polite and professional people I know. Marc knows the importance of being tough, and he drives an incredible hard bargain. I met Marc a numbers of years ago when he was Dealer Principle tasked to turn around a BMW Dealership. This is when one of Marc’s great attributes came to the fore, in that he was not only willing to listen to advise, but also admit when he did not know. Marc, together with his team achieved phenomenal results in a short period of time. He never hesitated to ask when he was unsure, and or calls for help. Marc is a very strong leader who believes in people and the relationships with each of his staff. Marc values honesty and are therefore a straight shooter and respects it back at him. I certainly miss having Marc in the BMW Network, and wish him well in his feature endeavours.
