I was a member of the Leiden English Freshers Theatre Group for three years, during which time I helped put six shows on stage as a board member, stage manager, and general backstage crew member. As board member, first I took on the role of general board member for half a year. I helped form the plans for that year's productions and helped realise those plans. During the second half in the board, I was treasurer, creating and maintaining the theatre group's budget and allocating funds to the group's various departments.
