Mark is fantastic to work with as a senior designer and retail merchandising expert. Samsung had significant space and 20+ products to organize for the optimum customer journey. Mark patiently understood all our retail challenges and came back with solid principles, a 3 stage plan and sound advise. I appreciated his counsel and super fast response time.

Patrick Ahern

Mark started his role at Best Buy UK as the first member of the Design and Development team. Wearing many hats between business strategy, marketing, store development, real estate and design, Mark helped to establish the Best Buy UK brand through a comprehensive flagship store design. Mark collaborated with the cross-functional business team leaders on all aspects of site selection, site design, due diligence and overall store design. Mark helped to hire and coach the Design and Merchandising teams and was a vital member of our award winning department. In addition to all of Mark's passion and dedication to retail development, Mark is a person people enjoy working with. Mark cares about his co-workers and fosters a culture of collaboration and joy. These positive character traits will serve him well in his future design and development pursuits.
