I have worked with Mark on the development of Active Inventory for ECOMP and ONAP for three years. Mark is a very professional test engineer and manager and a strong advocate of agile, test automation and TDD/BDD. He has developed strong automation frameworks for Active Inventory and takes the time to ensure he understands the business and technical behaviours required of complex software. He is driven by a desire to achieve the correct outcomes, not simply to achieve a set of KPIs for test coverage. He is a good mentor to other test engineers and can be relied upon to find innovative and cost effective test approaches to challenging problems. I look forward to working with Mark again in the future.

Mark worked for me as the lead Test Engineer within the UK R&D department of Amdocs and throughout his tenure at Amdocs he demonstrated a very high level of ability. In his role of lead Test Engineer Mark was responsible for understand high level requirements, designing test plans, working with the Agile teams to execute on the plans, and driving improvements to test best practices and processes within the team. He did an excellent job of all of these responsibilities and demonstrated his strong BDD, TDD and test automation skills along the way, helping to deliver a high degree of test coverage and ensure the overall quality of the software. Mark works very well within a team and is very much a team player. His communication (both within the team and upwards) is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark for test lead positions and believe he would be a strong addition to any testing function within an organization.
