I had the privalege of seeing Mark in action on a project where I was on the client team. On one particular day I was inspecting the project in the field and commented to someone about the marked change in how work was setup and bieng run. i was advised that a new Project Manager was on board, this Was Mr Mark Tildsley. I met Mark soon after and have continued to be impressed by his ability to truly lead a project to a successful outcome. I have not observed another Project Manager lead a team of people or a project like Mark does. Leadership and Accountability would be 2 words that describe Mark's style best. I hope to work with Mark again in the future.
