  Reporting to the Global LNG Operations Manager, I am responsible for the execution of all operational aspects of LNG cargoes on a global basis for both BP Gas Marketing and BP Singapore PTE Limited. I am responsible for the operational aspects of all LNG sales and purchase contracts, to include Ensuring all assurance tasks in relation to LNG Shipping are carried out Confirm ship fuel strategy to reflect trading environment Issue of Load and document instructions and manage the flow of cargo documents along the commercial chain Ensure Letters of credit and Parent Company Guarentees are in place where required. Review of new MTA and SPA's and CN's to reduce operational/ financial exposures. Manage relationship with ITS and SGS Inspectors, including price negotiation, Nomination requests and invoice approval. Receive and analyse cargo load and discharge reports to ensure integrity of cargo quantity and quality. - Highlight potential risk around incorrect entry into Trading systems and Physical operational risks, namely incorrect documents and procedures, and mitigate any risks -Record and provide appropriate shipping costs required for calculation of LNG pricing. - Monitor and calculate demurrage as incurred. - Manage invoice process with Financial operations team. Manage relationship with Cargo Assurance team to identify load port and discharge port energy calculation performance. Work along side shipping schedule team to ensure efficiant vessel operations and best practice to optimise 90 day Schedule.
