      I managed an annual caseload of between 40 and 50 engineering apprentices, the vast majority of which were studying at Level 3, an Advanced Apprenticeship. Following the EAL framework, each of the apprentices were set SMART targets from their inception through to completion. I was responsible for all elements of their training, liaising with their respective employers and updating college electronic systems to ensure the qualifications were correctly enrolled and to show progression.
