One of 4 original Service Writers who was instrumental in the implementation, troubleshooting and roll out of the Trimble TMW Fleet Maintenance Software program through the company’s NNE Region, replacing the former Accounts Payable paper record keeping process. • Singularly took physical inventory of shop parts and supplies, categorized and entered them accurately into TMW database. Entered Fitchburg fleet data, both On-Road and Yellow Iron, into TMW for maintenance and accounting purposes, including preventative maintenance scheduling and cost tracking. • Originate Purchase and Repair Orders and place orders with vendors for parts and supplies. Receive orders, collect and submit packing slips and invoices to Corporate AP for payment, secure credits for returned parts and cores, check in and put away stock, maintain fuel logs, learn, set up and utilize the cloud-based Trimble TMW Fleet Maintenance software to track expenses and manage our fleet maintenance program. • Support the Maintenance, Collections and Post-Collections Operations teams in whatever way necessary to ensure production and safety goals are met.
