With ATB, I worked as a member of the Customer Experience team. One of my main focuses was working with varying KPIs and customer experience metrics to keep different dashboards in Tableau updated, as well as make necessary adjustments where improved functionality demanded. The dashboards were used to communicate the success of varying segments of the company to everyone from executives and decision makers within the enterprise, to any and all employees within the company who may be interested in improving their respective departments. The other focus of my time at ATB, also largely collaborative, was a migration of all company data from a SAS environment into a Google Cloud Platform. This was a massive endeavour that involved spending a lot of time reading and interpreting code, translating it for anybody who might need a short summation down the road, and writing effective queries in Google BigQuery.

Developed extensive skills in providing excellent customer service while simultaneously being available to meet the demands of many different guests, co-workers, and members of the management team. Proven success being a direct, effective communicator in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated the ability to work efficiently as an individual and in small groups, in the dining room and behind the bar, with consistently changing environments and the need to re-evaluate and prioritize goals over and over again. Senior staff member who is part of several smaller, carefully chosen training teams (local and inter-provincial) with more accountability and greater responsibility. Often asked to lead small teams and delegate tasks, and does so while maintaining positive professional relationships. Highly trusted by managers and co-workers. Broadened and strengthened problem solving skill set in the role of Hospitality Lead, where wants and needs of any given table need to be assessed and acted on.
