*Run Operations and fleet for THL from our Sydney Branch, to make sure all vehicles are in a good condition for rental and also safe to use by Customers and Members of the public. Motivate and develop staff within the various departments and encourage further development. *Liaise with contractors, repairers both mechanical and panel with regards to our vehicles, that they are repaired and maintained at a high standard and safe for hire. *Focus on Off Fleet vehicles, R&M costs and to try to get vehicles back On Fleet in a timely manner but most of all make sure they are safe for rentals. *Liaise with FOH staff of customer bookings for the day and the following day and to try to achieve 100% KOB. *Ordering of parts for Maintenance, Workshop and Detailing teams respectively and also liaising with other warehouses. *Communicate with different Departments in order to have fleet running effectively *Communicate with Management team and Operations teams on a daily basis *Run BOH Department and to make sure the Operations runs well within the branch and business and all vehicles are in a good mechanical working and safe condition ready for rental purposes. *Manage the Department effectively, meet KPI targets, set up rosters for staff members for BOH, improvement of work being carried out by staff and at a higher standard. *Assist Branch Manager in All areas as and when required and support where ever one is needed. *Manage staff accordingly and deal with all situations within the respective departments and as a branch, deal with insubordination and where necessary to give warning letters to staff. *Structure the BOH department as to the best working practice for the branch, and to make it a safe and enjoyable work environment for all staff. *Assist with FOH when required and to assist with show through and bookings etc. Keep the fleet running well and try to maintain a high standard of our vehicles at all times Show less
