      I was initially employed to lead in the creation of a separate business division to enable the mobilisation, implementation and operation of a major national client. Through strong leadership, taking clear ownership and delivering clear measurable results to the business, I was offered the opportunity to lead our UK & Ireland operational teams during the early part of 2012 as Operations Director. I was given a clear brief to deliver an aggressive cost reduction and margin development program over a 6 month period. This was successfully executed and as a result I was handed full responsibility for both businesses during that year as Managing Director.
