Mark is truly a great mentor and thinker. All the employees that he supervised have felt this way. He is a great coach and a great teacher. He has a hands on friendly approach to managing people as opposed to the dictatorial style that is quite prevalent in the market. This approach has the effect of people wanting to work harder for the leader as opposed to constantly being told to jump a higher hurdle every month to achieve a "positive" review. He has worked on increasing fuel margins and risk and is very good at it. His ideas on hedging are excellent. Thank you Mark!
