Mark is a 1st class Managing Director – accountable, authentic and a strong leader of people. I have seen first-hand his extensive capabilities both functional and strategic, and he has been genuine support and confidante as I made the step into General Management with Accsys. With strong personal integrity, Mark would be an asset at any business that values not just the ‘what’ but also the ‘how’. He has a very bright future.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark for a year between 2019-2020. Two things struck me most about him. Firstly his extensive sector experience and knowledge, and also his very strong leadership skills. As a combination it's easy to see that he was destined for MD / CEO roles. He would always listen to other people opinions and take them on board to make informed decisions. A very likeable character that inspires his teams to get the best out of them.
