Mark is the best of the best! Mark and Jesse Jenner represented Varian Semiconductor where I was the General Counsel. They always did a fantastic job. If you ever have an important issue on which you need great IP lawyers - - these are the only lawyers that should make your list as to who you may use. They were important in helping Varian Semiconductor grow from a $200 million company to a company that sold for $4.9 Billion to Applied Materials.
