I decided to try something different this time and contacted Mark at Guaranteed Rate. Best decision I ever made. Mark and his team are VERY knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages and rates. He is a super nice guy that will explain things in a way that is very easy to understand. Mark isn't afraid to "go to bat" for you if there should be any unforeseen issues. He will do everything in his power to make sure things go smoothly and that you close on time. Mark's "sidekick" Lori is super knowledgeable as well and helps make sure that everything is handled in a timely manner. After the experience I had with Mark and Lori at Guaranteed Rate in Sioux City, I wouldn't go anyplace else in the future.
