Mark has a great depth of knowledge and experience across many areas of administration and has always impressed me with his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that he delivers beyond all expectations. In order to meet the companys growth and financial targets, I was required to improve the post-sales, service and support lifecycle. It is in this context that I worked with Mark. Those targets were achieved through continual process improvement and shortening the delivery and deployment lifecycle. Marks role in this cannot be understated. He was instrumental in terms of assisting to refine that process and cut cycle time -per system - from 3 months to 1. Mark also did this whilst a new Programme Management Organisation was being established. Mark led, embraced change and drove them proactively - to the betterment of the business. Mark is a pleasure to work with. He is open minded, proactive and is driven by the "greater good" of the wider team and organisation. He genuinely seeks outcomes that serve his organisation and co-workers well. I have no hesitation recommending Mark. He would be an asset to any organisation.
