Mark was instrumental to ensuring the GMCT Transformation Program was delivered on budget. This program included a new website, intranet, HR information system and Cemetery Management System. Mark supported me heavily in managing the finances of the project and the myriad of moving parts, and showcased a keen eye and strong presence in identifying opportunities to be more cost efficient. Mark possesses the know-how and strategy to enhance and succeed in fast moving organisations with an innate ability for efficient, pragmatics and logical decisions - he knows how to get things done.

Khadar Mohammed Khan - CPA

During my tenure at GMCT I had an opportunity of reporting directly to Mark in a commercial team. He is a great leader, mentor and a manager who have always encouraged me in outperforming my capabilities. He has been very supporting of his team by allowing us to share our ideas while providing constructive feedback based on his knowledge he has obtained through myriad of roles he has previously held and a very strong commercial acumen. In a very short time during his tenure at GMCT, Mark was able to streamline the process and provide more detailed business productivity insights to senior management team which allowed the organisation to expand its footprint within Cemetery sector.
