Serves as Team Lead Inventory Management Specialist for 21st Theater Support Command (TSC) in Class VII, Tank, Automotive, and Armament Equipment Section managing Tank Automotive Command (TACOM) individual and crew served weapons, and B14 Source of Supply Sets, Kits and Outfits (SKO) designated for management and staff coordination. Provide intensive logistics management by assuring that integrated direction, coordination, and control of assigned commodities and systems are accomplished. Possess knowledge of AMC and DA planning and programming for major weapons and SKOs, and have extensive knowledge of the mission, organization and functions of all activities involved in providing logistics support. I coordinate and evaluate efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules to accomplish program objectives. Serves as the lead logistics exercise planner for select NATO, JCS, USEUCOM, and USAREUR directed events for the 21 Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) G3 TREX Division. Involved in the exercise design and planning effort from concept through execution. Ensures that 21st TSC training objectives and sustainment capability are accurately portrayed in exercise scenarios. Conducts mission analysis, coordinates exercise support requirements, and prepares orders to ensure compatibility with existing doctrine, force structure and unit capabilities. Provides a variety of written reports reflecting issues and topics gathered during all schedule Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events. Provides deployment guidance and staff assistance to subordinate and supported unit planners. Hosts 21st TSC level IPRs and planning sessions. Closely coordinates exercise planning requirements with USAREUR during all exercise phases and identifies problems while recommending solutions especially during the After Action Review (AAR) process.

Provided oversight on all multi-functional combat logistical support to the United States Army, NATO coalition, and partner nations for the European region. Supervised and directed a Materiel Readiness Branch that included Senior Warrant Officers, and six Materiel Managers that developed plans, and synchronized policies, programs and procedures involving maintenance support in the European Theater of Operations as well as recommended allocation of maintenance and logistic resources in support of Contingency, Joint and Multi-National Exercises.
