I also head up the regulatory department at the firm, acting for a range of businesses and organisations across all sectors in relation to health and safety, environmental, food safety and care quality compliance issues. I assist businesses and organisations in circumstances where regulators are undertaking investigations and enforcement action. I represent clients at interviews under caution, in the Magistrates Court and in the Coroner's Court. I have experience of dealing with the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, Local Authorities, Fire Authorities and the Care Quality Commission.
