Chef Mark is clearly one of the best corporate executive chefs in foodservice. No doubt about it. He is not only great with food prep and recipes, but he is also fabulous with customers of all sizes from the corporate office to the back of the kitchen or food show floor. Mark also works well with the sales personnel, and was always viewed as an extremely important point of difference for AIPC versus the competition. I can't imagine a better corporate executive chef out there today in the foodservice industry who combines all of great traits that Mark demonstrated for years with AIPC, not only to me, but everyone within our organization. I recommend Chef Mark very, very highly. He is simply the best!
