  I have been rewarded the position of Associate Partner at Airey Miller Partnership, a position which I have aspired to throughout my career. I am very grateful of Airey Miller for giving me this opportunity and I hope that I can improve further by continuing to deliver our core business objectives of continuing to be at the forefront of an Affordable housing client base, developing our own resources and skills to meet with the changing needs of our clients through Project Management and cost consultancy. Councils now coming to the market for delivering affordable homes provides exciting opportunities for us to provide the requisite resources necessary for Councils to understand how to realise the full potential of their projects. From providing a consultancy service to deliver individual or packages of “projects” to assisting in “up skilling” our clients to enable them to take on and understand their own projects.With our in house design and commercial management team we can help each project to get off on the right foot. Our Project management and Principal Designer services helps to deliver and manage the project in a defined framework of cost, quality and programme. Our Employers agent and clerk of works service then takes the scheme through to completion and handover, and finally our defects team manages the defect period following occupation.   Currently working with a number of clients in and outside London, delivering schemes to the National Affordable Housing Programme and the GLA Funding Standards Framework. As Senior Project Manager, I take the lead in delivering various new build residential schemes through the entire procurement process, and collaborating with the various multidisciplinary teams to achieve the Employers Requirements and project brief. I aim to deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the client brief stage, while continuing to monitor these throughout the pre-contract and post contract stages.
