Mark was my manager for the majority of my time at the Home Depot prior to leaving for my current position. He has a unique ability to be able to bring the best out in people in any position and to drive that beyond what someone thought capable; for many areas where I was lacking in prior to working under Mark, I became well versed and excelled through his guidance. Mark has a strong technical and functional background that he's able to utilize with his exceptional interpersonal skills to drive success across all areas he works in, from deep in the weeds of a project or acting as an external consultant to drive a desired outcome. My time with Mark was some of the most rewarding for how I grew my skills through his example and how he was able to make a fun, friendly and family like work environment. During my time at Home Depot, I reported directly to Mark for about 6 months before leaving the company for an international opportunity. My time spent with Mark as my manager was some of the most rewarding, educational, enjoyable, and professionally developmental time I have ever spent with any supervisor. Mark is understanding and always willing to help, but also gives constructive criticism in a way that motivates you to be better. He put a lot of effort into making sure his direct reports were developing to their full potential while also delivering quality results from his team to contribute to large enterprise-wide initiatives. Colibrium’s Tuo® solution provides an out-of-the-box health insurance portal with end-to-end workflow automation and a pre-configured CRM solution specifically designed for health plans to efficiently build and retain their market share through on-line and traditional marketing, mobile and exchange integration. It provides improved service at all levels, marketing campaign precision and business intelligence in a modular, flexible solution to adapt with the changing needs of the health insurance market. As the VP of Delivery, I was ultimately responsible for driving successful client engagements. I led a team of Directors, Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, CRM Consultants and Developers who build our Tuo® software product and CRM integration capabilities and implement the solutions at clients to help them maximize their people, processes and technology to achieve their business goals. I started as a Sr. Business Analyst and was promoted to Portfolio Director and most recently, VP Client Delivery.
