I have had experience working with Mark as a fellow Senior Project Manager with LAUSD. In a word, Mark is effective. Mark has the ability to get the full attention of subordinate independent contractors and make them produce. The paper trail and billing are complete at the end of the project. Mr. Potochniak and I worked together at LAUSD's Facilities Technology Program Management Group (FTPMG) for nearly 2 years on E-Rate projects. During my tenure with FPMG, Mark was not only a go to guy when it came to designs and specifications but also a teacher in the art of construction and it's processes. Hence, if I could work with Mark again or have the chance to work under his expert skills, I would do so in a heart beat as Mr. Potochniak not only showed professionalism at all times but exemplary abilities as a Senior Construction Manager who knows his stuff. Kindly, Victor Swearingen, MBA-TM
