Mark Parr is a flexible, organized and dedicated operator in the Camp environment. He gets the balance between service and financial management right and knows what to escalate and what to solve within his own resources. I saw him operate in an extremely difficult environment and he continually demonstrated his competence, friendliness and consideration. Most impressively, Mark does not flap at the first sign of complexity or ambiguity. I was delighted to work with Mark and would be delighted to work with him again.
