Mark was a life saver during the recovery efforts for my bank after Katrina. We had a complete infrastructure failure and our equipment was not accessible for weeks. Mark volunteered to enter the stale, stinking, 120 degree building, climb 20 stories in the dark to start rebuilding our bank. He helped our staff carry equipment out to establish an operations center for the bank in Baton Rouge. He worked on into many nights to get us back on our feet while we worked from Arizona to process the work. Mark was a lifesaver. He is creative and an excellent problem solver. But it was not just that event that defines Mark. Many times we entered our computer room on Monday to find a new server or component in place that he had identified as failing and repaired it before we even knew it something was wrong. Service was fantastic! When I look back over my carreer and think about "partners" that have truely been there for me, Mark Parker and Bellwether are at the top of my list. Call me and I will tell you about it!
