The BEST that I have ever worked with. An absolute leader and a great person personally. We dont see these kind of leaders in this world too often. There are only a few and he is one of them. He cleverly weighs each one's capability in the team and gets the best out of each one of them and doesnt overload them either and weighs them only with the measure of work and commitment given by them. But end of the day he treats everyone equally and respects even the junior most person in the team which is so hard find in a leader now a days. If anything goes wrong he is always there to help and protect the team instead of exposing their mistakes to others. This is the sign of a great leader. This quality in him gave us a lot of confidence and trust towards him and the team. I am really proud to say that I have worked with him close to 5 years and there were quite a lot of things that I have learnt from him. But one thing I would like to mention here is his commitment towards work. He has inspired and transpired many over here in CHENNAI with his commitment towards work and the passion for coding which is huge. More than 20 years of programming and still has huge passion to code is unbelievable and amazing. Day and night 24/7 the commitment will be there. One of the honest and genuine person that I have ever worked. Specially in the corporate IT industry its difficult to find such people. The entire chennai team was weeping for his departure. Not for his technical skills but for a person and a great LEADER. During our lifespan we walk with many, work with many but only a few leave us a mark on us and Mark is just that. A great PERSON and a great LEADER.
