In 2007, I joined The Coca-Cola Company, under the leadership of Mark Neville. It was at that point in my career, when I truly began to grow professionally. Mark has the experience and educational background that makes him a desired candidate for whatever opportunity that awaits him next. He is a very skilled professional that takes pride in his work and does so at a high level. However, what separates Mark for most leaders is his natural ability to relate to people and get the most out of his employees. If Mark doesn’t play poker, he should, because he has the best poker face that I have ever seen. I say this with the up-most respect, because this man does not get rattled. He handles challenges, whether planned or unplanned, with poise and a professionalism that is second to none. He formulates a plan and then he pursues the solution. He does this by engaging his employees and empowering them to assist with the resolution of the problem. As an employee, expect to get out of your comfort zone, and that’s when the growth begins. However, he does not leave you on an island, but assists you as need, until you both successfully cross the finish line. I have been fortunate enough to work for Mark in two different roles at The Coca-Cola Company. With each experience, I have grown professional and I feel prepared for whatever lies ahead. If this was a symphony, Mark would be the Conductor. He knows the sheet music, backwards and forward, but he also knows the value of the team. Without everyone playing their part on the team, the symphony would sound more like a high school band. With Mark at the helm, expect to hear a beautiful harmony when it’s time for his team to perform.

Mark is a brilliant leader who has a sharp mind for skillfully applying financial principles across multiple business functions. In regards to anything related to business finance, Mark is the 1st person I call. During the 5 years we worked together, Mark’s financial expertise and leadership enabled my Quality Assurance/Voice of the Customer organization to significantly improve the Productivity it provided to the larger Contact Center organization. During the last two years we worked together, Mark introduced a financially strategic / client centric Equipment Service model that was laser focused on providing cost effective service while simultaneously providing a world class experience for both the client and the client’s customers. I have always been impressed with how mentally organized Mark is and how he is able to clearly articulate his vision and direction. While some may do one or the other well enough, Mark is innately adept in both areas. In addition to a keen mind, Mark has a refreshing sense of humor that makes working with him a real pleasure. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Mark as a leader, team member, and consultant.
