CareTech Holdings plc acquired the Cambian Group in October 2018. Prior to the takeover, I was employed as the Group Accountant for Cambian Group plc. Following the takeover, in July 2019, I was identified as a key member of staff and appointed to an enlarged role as Group Accountant for the combined CareTech and Cambian Group.Group Accountant: ● Ensure the Group’s financial statements and annual report are delivered to a high standard with relevant disclosures in a timely manner.
