My primary responsibility is to inspect homes to create a scope of work and budget for the turnover process. Once approved, it is my job to assign the contractors and to make sure the turnover is completed within a timely manner. During this process I schedule third party vendors and keep my team updated on the progress. I also assist in creating and dispatching work orders, occasionally having to calm an upset resident. One of my greatest assets is my ability to keep my team members optimistic, making myself available and giving them support when needed. Show less

This was my first job. I started in the office filing, learning book keeping, marketing and customer service answering the phones. I spent some time in the warehouse, however I quickly made my way out to sales floor where I belonged. I learned that I was a natural salesman. I was the number one residential salesman and my customers love me as much as I loved selling them their floors. This was my first job.
