      The Odds On! Reward Card was launched in 2008 across 2,100 shops in the UK. Overnight it changed the way the business viewed and treated its customers. It was the first reward card in the gaming industry and provided a major competitive advantage in delivering retail strategy.• Implemented the UK’s first ever retail loyalty proposition in a highly undifferentiated industry that delivered a direct revenue increase of 4% through the leveraging of data to drive frequency and ATV.• Led the full end-to-end development of the programme from the strategy, proposition design, technical development, marketing collateral, pilot and estate-wide roll out across 2,100 stores.• Engaged 20,000 retail staff to enrol 300,000 customers in the first month. By six months 50% of revenue through the retail business was associated with the card.• Managed all marketing communications to the 400,000 active cardholders. Responsible for the whole campaign process from planning, cost/impact modelling, creative development, copywriting and campaign broadcasting. • Enabled marketing spend reduction of 35% to £10M by the introduction of strategic targeting. • Working directly with the retail board reporting on all scheme KPI’s around card associated revenue, customer acquisition, retention and reactivation targets. A position on the executive committee responsible for the day-to-day running of the Students’ Union; a £7 million organisation with over 500 staff. • Successfully managed and developed 53 sports clubs, 400+ volunteers and a membership of over 4,500. Discretionary budget of £650,000. I coached students on topics including leadership, finances, meeting skills and the logistics of running a sports club. Assisted all clubs to write and implement their own budget and development plans. • Implemented my vision for the future, which involved launching three new initiatives across campus.
