Frequently attending visual conferences, and the press office to share information with other visuals and represent my store. Working in a very quick paced environment, whilst making sure all visual implementations are up to date, and to the high standard expected. Liaising with company buyers, and district management, giving them feedback, and requesting figures and selling quotas. Fulfilling the company’s high visual standards, and forwarding these expectations onto other members of staff. Following window directives and styling information, to successfully display the right garments and key looks in the window. Styling of all mannequins throughout women’s and children’s store. Re-positioning fixtures to create impact and to allow for a clear and easily accessible walkway around the store, whilst accommodating seasonally appropriate garments. Responsible for creating an inviting and exciting shopping atmosphere through the use of merchandising and inspirational styling. Knowing all current trends and re-laying this information back to the staff through the use of informative mood boards. Encouraging and training staff on aspects of a visual role, and allowing them to work closely with me, to gain experience, key to maintaining high standards around the store. Show less
