  At Marley I was in control of a team that produced roof tiles on a production line. I had to give out tasks and motivate a team to achieve the daily production targets. This involved running an extruder and 2 Fanuc robots on a production line. The role also included toolsetting where I had to set up robots and an extruder to company specifications for each different product.
