I’ve had a few direct Managers in my time but Mark definitely stands out. He stands out because it’s very rare (in my experience at least) that a senior manager can be so driven, and results focused but, still take the time to build meaningful relationships with their team, and not just the team leads, or senior resources, the junior ones too. I won’t speak of the 20+ years technical experience he has because most of it goes over my head. Mark hired me as a non-technical resource, but I will say that I appreciated his candid no nonsense approach, I always knew what had to be done, his direction was clear and his feedback always honest and constructive. Mark is business first at all times, but his loyalty to his team is never in question. Thanks for all the advice and time you gave me, it has served me well.
