  I brought my skills and experience to this newly formed start up civil engineer firm in 2005. I was in charge of creating the CADD department as well and the office network. I selected and implemented Autocad Civil 3D as the CADD platform. This was an ambitious choice as I had never used an Autocad product in the past. I take it upon myself to learn the tools I need to do the job at hand and solve my own problems.   My work here began as an entry level civil engineering draftsperson in the days of hand drafted mapping. When the transition to computer aided drafting and design came about I transitioned along with it. I rose from entry level up the the head of the CADD department as well as the responsibility of the in-house IT manager. As senior site designer for residential and commercial development I have been involved with the full range of design and plan preparation from the initial sketches through to the final product.
