  My main duties are organising staff and materials to meet project deadlines while ensuring a safe working environment for the staff. I also assist the project manager via client liason and troubleshooting when problems arise,I have a great deal of experience regarding the newest and most innovative Ground Engineering technologies and I play an important role in the research and development of these products.   Due to the earthquakes in 09/10 and 02/11 in Christchurch Uretek played a key part in the earthquake recovery completing multi million dollar projects relevelling structures, ground remediation and asset preservation. I was promoted to the role of Site Supervisor in New Zealand through my strong work ethic, ability to 'think outside the box' and my problem solving skills, I have worked closely with some of the most prestigious engineering firms in New Zealand on residential,commercial and industrial projects. I have worked with people of all nationalities in New Zealand and have an excellent record in safety, QA control and completing projects on time and to a high standard of workmanship, I obtained the role of Plant Supervisor on the companies biggest job in New Zealand to date, the relevelling of the Christchurch Art Gallery, This project just recently won the 'International Project Of The Year' award at the 2016 Ground Engineering awards and set the benchmark globally in the relevelling of earthquake damaged large scale buildings.
