Security Supervisor
-
Mar 2020 - Jun 2021
I was responsible for supervising, training and motivating over 30 employees at 2 processing facilities. I was responsible for implementing, maintaining and enforcing Grimmway’s DHS CFATS Program. I was responsible for remotely auditing and maintaining various security camera systems. I was responsible for creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures. I assisted the Corporate Security Manager and other Security Supervisor with investigations throughout the Company.I’m grateful for my experience with Grimmway’s Security Department. I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful people, and learned a great deal from them. The Security Department worked closely with the Safety Department and Facility Managers, which gave us the opportunity to provide assistance beyond what was expected of us.I had the opportunity to meet and work with Local Law Enforcement Officers, provide support during the COVID-19 Outbreak, and build a program that protected the employees and assets of Grimmway. Overall, it was a great experience working for Grimmway. Show less

Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
-
May 2014 - Mar 2020
As a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, I was responsible for maintaining compliance with hazardous materials, hazardous waste, universal waste, e-waste, environmental permitting, storm water pollution prevention plans, SPCC plans, and several other required Regulatory Compliance projects and programs. I was responsible for developing and implementing Grimmway's DHS CFATS program, creating and updating several Site Security Plans, and working with DHS inspectors and Grimmway staff to ensure compliance with CFATS. I was responsible for ensuring that Grimmway was compliant with California ARB, which included management of Grimmway's Truck and Bus Fleet, R3 Reporting, and Source Testing for boilers and fuel tanks. I was responsible for creating and implementing policies and SOPs for some of the programs. The Regulatory Compliance Department was (and still is) in charge of so many different programs, there's too many to list here. I was a part of many of those programs. More importantly, I was a member of an amazing team. We all had our individual assignments and locations that we were responsible for, but could count on each other if we ever needed assistance with anything. I also had the opportunity to work closely with the Safety, Security, and PSM Departments, as well as Ranch and Facility personnel. Overall, it was a great experience. Show less
