  Manage installation, testing, maintenance and daily engineering operational requirements of plant and machinery. Integrate engineering and electrical trades persons' activities, facilitate shift debrief sessions and schedule engineering teams' daily duties within a split shift roster. Respond to breakdown issues / problem analysis. Maintain preventative maintenance programmes , provide effective diagnostics and deliver solutions to issues to ensure plant operational efficiency and minimisation of operational down time.
