      My duties at TS4U are to delivery and manage various electrical courses both on-site and off-site (such as in London, Jersey and Portsmouth), to undertake the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) procedure and to manage the City & Guilds 2365 level 2 qualification.       To keep the CNC controlled machines running, and to also provide regular preventative maintenance of the machines. All of the machines are CNC controlled, and rely on electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic services. As the only fully qualified electrician employed I also maintained the existing electrical systems as well as performing alterations to the existing fire alarm system, phone and computer data systems.       To keep the plant machinery in good working order and repairing the machines when necessary. The range of machines we had on site, varied from modern CNC controlled machines, to older more manually operated machines. Even though my core skill is in electric's, I worked on Pneumatics, and Hydraulics. As a fully qualified electrician I was also responsible for performing routine maintenance in the offices and factory which included performing the sprinkler and fire alarm tests. As well as Installing new electrical systems, which included designing the installation, ordering the necessary materials, installing the components and testing the systems.
